DESCRIPTION:The Caribbean is one of the most vulnerable regions in the world to the impacts of climate change\, including rising sea levels\, stronger hurricanes\, and longer dry seasons. This has major implications for the health of Caribbean economies\, its population and the overall quality of life. It is therefore critical for the Caribbean to implement robust climate change governance to build regional capability for climate action.
