SUMMARY:Regional Electricity Sector Regulatory Workshop (RR-ASERT Dialogue)
DESCRIPTION:This two-day event is being held as the first in a series of CDB Accelerated Sustainable Energy and Resilience Transition (ASERT-2030) Workshops (referred to as Dialogues) within the Bank’s ASERT- 2030 Framework of the Energy Sector Policy and Strategy. ASERT-2030 aims to encourage and support CDB Borrowing Member Countries (BMCs) in their efforts to rapidly increase the scale and pace of their energy sector transition to greater uptake of renewable energy. This first Dialogue\, referred to as the Regional Regulatory ASERT Dialogue (RR-ASERT Dialogue)\, will focus on strengthening regulatory frameworks in BMCs.
