SUMMARY:Commonwealth Investment Network Workshop
DESCRIPTION:On March 11\, 2025\, the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator (CCSA) will join a key workshop in Barbados\, hosted by the Commonwealth Secretariat\, ahead of the SEforALL Global Forum. This event brings together government representatives and private sector stakeholders to help inform the final design of the Commonwealth Investment Network (CIN). \nThis workshop offers an invaluable opportunity for CCSA to engage with key stakeholders\, share best practices\, and showcase the work done in the Caribbean to unlock private sector funding for climate action. In addition to the presentations and panel discussions\, businesses involved in climate-resilient projects will be invited to contribute their experiences\, creating a dynamic exchange of ideas and solutions. \nThe Commonwealth Investment Network aims to foster partnerships between the public and private sectors to mobilize climate finance and advance the development of sustainable and resilient economies across the Commonwealth. CCSA’s active participation will ensure that the Caribbean’s climate finance needs are at the forefront of this critical conversation.
