The Caribbean is one of the most vulnerable regions in the world to the impacts of climate change, including rising sea levels, stronger hurricanes, and longer dry seasons. This has major implications for the health of Caribbean economies, its population and the overall quality of life. It is therefore critical for the Caribbean to implement robust climate change governance to build regional capability for climate action. CARICAD, in partnership with Caribbean Disaster and Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator (CCSA) and CCRIF SPC – presents this Climate Governance Webinar Series – to foster dialogue, knowledge sharing and best practices, for improving climate governance among member states.
The time for these webinars will be 10am – 12pm ECT.
