Racquel Moses, representing the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator, will be part of the High-Level Panel Discussion on Innovative Financing for Boosting Energy Transition Investments in the Region. The conversation will also explore the mechanisms for aggregating demand and procurement solutions tailored to reduce investment costs, particularly for decentralized renewable energy systems. The event, co-hosted by IRENA and the Government of Uruguay, will take place during OLADE Energy Week, spanning from November 7 to 9, 2023, in Montevideo, Uruguay.
