Developing local solutions to climate change is a critical part of building resilience, and as countries shift towards sustainable low carbon economies, we must tap into the innovations within our communities. However, the biggest challenge facing entrepreneurs within the Caribbean is finding finance for their projects within the public sector. The Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator is actively unlocking funding opportunities for projects across the region by tapping into an increasing number of engaged private sector investors. By matching projects with investors, and encouraging collaboration between Caribbean governments, organizations, and institutions, the CCSA is maximizing opportunities for green growth in the Caribbean.
