The foundational document that brought the Caribbean Community and Common Market (CARICOM) into existence, known as the Treaty of Chaguaramas, celebrates its momentous 50th anniversary on July 4, 2023. The Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator (CCSA), extends a heartfelt congratulations to CARICOM on a momentous 50th anniversary.
